No barriers to service delivery are permissible, including temporary residence or homeless status. We provide interpretation services free of charge to clients to help them to communicate effectively with us. These services include language interpretation and deaf services.
Please communicate to a BJC BH staff member what you needs are. You may ask the staff member to order a qualified interpreter for you. This includes using a Video Remote Interpreter (VRI) for last-minute interpreting needs.
- Interpreting services are available and free of charge to all clients and will be provided during all services with providers.
- Written information in other formats (large print, audio, accessible electronic formats and braille)
