Continuous Treatment Teams
Continuous Treatment Teams (CTT) provide community-based care for clients with complex needs living with a diagnosed severe and persistent mental illness. Clients may struggle with a combination of mental health, medical, housing, financial and substance use needs that our clinicians can help them address through skill building, support and coordinated collaborative care. Clients’ services are directed by an individualized treatment plan based on the client's strengths and needs, utilizing interventions that result in positive outcomes.
BJC Behavioral Health supports clients interested in quitting smoking. We offer a weekly Tobacco Education Group via Zoom, and our providers can prescribe medications to help quit smoking.
