  The BJC Learning Institute is home to BJC’s Center for LifeLong Learning and the Leadership Development Center.

  • Modeling a corporate university concept in a health care setting, the BJC Center for LifeLong Learning is at the forefront of ensuring that all BJC employees have access to the education they need to be successful in a constantly changing workplace.

    • The Advisement Center helps employees who want to identify skill sets that will enable them to grow in their current role or train for a new career at BJC. The center provides employees assistance with career planning through assessments and one-on-one advisement sessions.

  • The BJC Leadership Development Center provides a wide range of learning and development programs, resources and experiences to help BJC leaders develop and hone the skills and confidence needed to successfully engage and lead their teams.
