We are currently accepting clients from the eastern region, including St. Louis City and County, Jefferson, Franklin, Lincoln, Warren, and St. Charles counties. Laura received her Master of Social Work from WashU in St. Louis. She has worked at BJC Behavioral Health since 1993. Her background is working with hearing, deaf, and hard-of-hearing individuals who are severely mentally ill. She has experience in both individual and group dialectical behavior therapy.
Jessica Williams, MD
Psychiatrist
Dr. Williams completed medical school at the University of Florida College of Medicine, and her residency in psychiatry at Barnes-Jewish Hospital and WashU Medicine in St. Louis. She works with adults with mental illnesses, including major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and substance-use disorders. Dr. Williams also provides education to medical students and residents on caring for patients with hearing losses and other disabilities. Her research involves investigating equitable access and outcomes for those with disabilities in mental health and substance-use treatment.
